June 4 to go down as 'Modi Mukti Diwas': Cong on 'Samvidahaan Hatya Diwas'
The Congress on Friday slammed the government's move to declare June 25, the day the Emergency was declared in 1975, as 'Samvidhaan Hatya Diwas' as yet another "headline-grabbing exercise in hypocrisy" by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge also accused the BJP of insulting Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar by using a word like "murder" with the "sacred word Constitution".

Modi 2.0 was short of 2/3 majority to change the constitution. Many BJP leaders including Arvind have clearly said if they get 2/3 majority they want to change the constitution. They didn't say what are the things they are going to change but freedom to follow whichever religion one likes is a fundamental right and BJP fails to understand this.

Well emergency provisions were in the constitution itself. If so how Emergency can be called as Anti-constitutional? We need to examine what conditions led to Emergency? Why anarchist kind of situation was present in those times and the role of Janata party leaders in that Anarchy conditions. The BJP is continuing that legacy of creating anarchy but by invoking communal sentiments. Also we need to examine the role of ISI and CIA in shaping the leaders and the events that lead to the emergency. Anyway Indians don't like dictatorship be it from Indira or Modi. Thank you.

Everyone knows the reality who CHANGED CONSTITUTION. But CONGRESS system was able to create fear in the public and got some benefit from certain sections. BJP should focus on this issue to counter aggressively. BJP should remove the current team for failures and appoint the committed people in party positions and should be more active not only depending on MODI for everything.
