The video reflects how women's participation is increasing in the aviation industry. They are not just a glamour factor and have expanded their horizons towards development in various areas.
An amazing fact to notice is that passengers feel more confident than before having an all women's crew during flight. It is due to the change in the perception of people towards women. Dear airline companies, recruit more female pilots. It was bitter experience in the past when hundreds of commercial pilots did not get job since the situation of airline business was not that flourished as it is today. Many of them either left the country or changed the profession.
