My suggestion involving the Torah observant Jew should make a declaration before the military recruitment office that he or she cannot follow an order that contradict the Torah because if she or he follows such an order then he or she would disavow the 13 principles of faith that Rambam wrote to distinguish between a Jew and non Jew. Biblical Zionism doesn’t exist friend. HaShem gave the Torah and said if we follow it then we’d merit inhabiting the Holy Land. The term “Zionism” came millennia later - don’t juxtapose the two things or merge them together.

False. Hashem gave the land through the Abrahamic covenant, a covenant of grace, not merit. Israel wasn't restored by the Mosaic covenant of law. We can't receive Hashem's promises without faith.

My suggestion involving the Torah observant Jew should make a declaration before the military recruitment office that he or she cannot follow an order that contradict the Torah because if she or he follows such an order then he or she would disavow the 13 principles of faith that Rambam wrote to distinguish between a Jew and non Jew. If I have to disavow the tenants of my faith and the Muslim does not have to, then the official policy of the state is Islam. Once you make this assertion then it's their burden of proof to contradict your assertion.
