I've worked in retail for about three years now and I've witnessed so many customers like that candle lady. It irks me so much how they think that just because it's black Friday, they can try and charm their way into getting you to give them way better deals than what is being offered to them. Like, no. I can't do that for you. You get the deals we have going. Sorry. Then they have the nerve to catch an attitude about it; making a scene. Like we have control over the deals. Girl, stop. Smh. What really makes me laugh is that when they ask to see a manager. Like, what did you think, boo? You thought the manager was going to tell you otherwise? Lol, no. It always made me laugh on the inside cause of how they act after the manager tells them what I told them. I'm sure more than half of these people that show up to shop, know exactly how retail works, so Idk why they want to try and give employees a hard time 🙄
I used to work at an arcade and had the police called on me. Over tickets. This family said I stole their tickets. Long story short, the police laughed in their face and apologized to me for having to deal with them 😊 I just got home from my second day working at target! Nothing crazy happened thankfully. I swear I could listen to you tell stories all day. Love you Loey! 💕

I remember one year this costumer went crazy and threw a hot coffee in my co workers face because he couldn't lower the price , another costumer punched her in the face and she got 2 years in jail and my co worker ended up with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his face and neck!!
