How to connect Shure LAV to DJI wireless mic 2

When I tried to use my Shure MVL with the DJI wireless Mic 2 - it would not work. No sound. The mic does not work with the DJI Wireless Mic 2 but does with the DJI Wireless Mic 1. You need a TRRS female to a TRS male adapter to get it to work on the latest model version 2.
I watched this video from Dec 2021 and bought the Shure MVL - it does not come with a TRRS to TRS adapter. The DJI Mic 1 did not need it. But the DJI Mic 2 does!

I'm unsure why the LAV mic has gotten poor ratings on Amazon. I've had no issues using it so far and I've had it for a year.
