- The season opener for the 2022 District 14 Hare Scramble Series was a wet one. It rained most of the night before the race and left standing water in several areas. As the day progressed the track tacked up and became rutted out badly in the woods sections.
Overall it was a fun day and I was glad to be racing team as it would have been challenging to ride this course for 2.5 hours. Hats off to everyone who completed this one solo!

Haven’t seen you at the races lately, when you coming back? Your videos are always the best man.
Yeah - we are doing a little change of pace this year. We are running a partial schedule... to be honest life got too busy with all the other kids activities and we needed a bit of a breather from some of the weekends. It was go go go 7 days a week for the past few years, just need to reset a bit. Will see you around a some of them this year.

Great video as always! Glad to see you got some lap 2 & 4 footage. I only got lap 1 and it just didn’t do it justice as to how tore up the track got.
What do you use for editing these?
Thank you! Ive used Adobe Premiere Pro but im using iMovie on Mac currently. I find it easier to navigate personally.
Are you using helmet mount? If so what kind? Also what version of GoPro?
Helmet chin mount made by Pro Shot. Ive tried a few but this is my favorite. Chinmount.com also makes a nice one I just purchased and havent really given it a shot yet.
Also this was a Hero 7 but I also run the Hero 8.
What tires were you running and what pressure?
I was running Starcross 5 on the rear and a GeoMax MX33 on the front both with ~10PSI tubliss. I love the both tires but prefer the Starcross on the rear. Hooks up great!
