Open question: Have you ever used a specialty belt like the green "HD" belt show here, or an "RPM" belt? If so, what was your experience with it like?

Greetings from Australia! As a Holden man myself I’m glad to see you have good taste in cars and own a Holden Monaro (Pontiac GTO). Here’s hoping she gives you many more years of service and continues to keep the Holden legacy alive.

Thanks! Although I have it off the road for now, I'm looking forward to driving it again. It's the most enjoyable car I've owned!

Dude you're fucking awesome no one else has a video like this out there that even explains anything about the belts. I ordered a belt from Amazon but it was too small I should have finished this video before ordering. Now I finished the video and typed in my PK number and my right size belt popped right up. And guess what Amazon said it was not the right fit for my car smh. Thanks man 👍🏾

Answered my question regarding that first number, and if there is a standard width. Time to order a belt and hope it fits on my downsized alternator pulley.

Belt description like "BELT V6 STD 47.5"L J-SEC Part # 140672". Is it mean 47.5 inches OR 76.2 inches (from part #), what is V6 and J-SEC means? How to look for the right belt ?

So I just bought a belt numbered K060900, which should then be 90.0 inches long. However, below that number on the package is says, 13/16" x 90 5/8" OC. So shouldn't that part number end in 906 for 90 and 5/8ths (0.625 rounded to 0.6)?
