I'm airing my justified suspicions. im a cpa and 75% of my clients should NOT have gotten FULL PPP IMO. they should have only gotten the NEEDED portion. i'd love to see the affidavit signed by all recipients tested in court and if enforced MASS clawbacks would ensue. moral: dont be sanctimonious about your PPP. dont flaunt money during PPP. i know a guy who bought a vaca home with his PPP and in his eyes it was legal (technically) but he had NO NEED. in an audit---i would testify against him.

With that being said, your kids are very well behaved and you should involve them more often, my son is 28 and doesn't collect. I still break wax and buy singles. So my point is I get very depressed at times and all I do is go on RUclips and play your videos and lifts my spirits. So my girlfriend got me two Prizm Soccer blasters in my stocking and I end up pulling a green wave Autograph Rookie of Cody Gakpo. Not bad as it’s selling for 200 bucks
@geoff its OK to threaten legal action, but "an army of lawyers" is IMO an illegal threat to inflict financial pain by forcing target to lawyer up and the person with the more funds wins by BKing the counterparty before it even goes to trial. i think you are open to countersuit for bullying---legal threats that are far past what a court would consider legal notification. you are basically IMO threatening to BK sportscard radio with legal fees-----which IMO opens you to huge countersuit. you can notify person of intent to litigate. But the threat of "army of lawyers" shows intent to inflict financial pain and exceeds legality. IMO. Big bankrolls try this all the time and courts would be sympathetic to the little guy IMO. this drama could have been avoided if you kept a lower profile in light of PPP abuse that is running rampant and in my personal experience is around 75% of PPP recipients. in my experience, its the outlier that used ALL the PPP funds as designed. Perhaps you did not personally benefit from PPP beyond your own salary (as intended) and your business was saved by the taxpayer.

Id like to pick your brain on the trading you are doing, I have been in the stocks last few years, I just bought a bunch of Hycroft silver and gold mine, biggest in America for .44 cents a share and they just released their drill results and they look really good, before the COVID it was $16 and they have the property marked out for their 2nd open pit mine, they still have a bunch of material doing the leeching to get the silver and gold out. I think the end of 2023 will be a good year for precious metals and Uranium. I have a LOT of money invested in GameStop, Bed Bath & Beyond the "meme" stocks because I seen a TON of FTDs and they have gid them in swaps, they hit the Reg Sho and they moved the FTDs a day before they covered some FTDs, plus the synthetic shorting, when we have been buying and holding for 2 years straight and buying like crazy nobodys selling and it magically stays 20-30% short, watching all the buy orders turn neutral and going into the Dark Pools which isn't what the Dark Pools are supposed to be used for. I think that the hedge funds are going to be taking a loss for once and a VERY BIG loss! The big money are withdrawling their money out of Citadel, Goldman Sachs like $8 billion so far, last time they did that was in 2008....I just made $8700 on Cosmos last Friday I notice the patterns with the high volume stocks doing the reverse splits. I have 1,000 AMC & 1,000 APE I am just playing into the FTDs and over shorted stocks hoping that the good guys are going to stop the major crime in the stock market. Brokers don't give us real shares when we buy shares, so my GameStop shares I did direct register straight with the transfer agency Computershare I have almost 1500 shares of GameStop in Computershare. Hoping for life changing money, I have 1900 Bed Bath & Beyond.....I know its off topic but its similar to buying rare cards which I do have a bunch of Michael Jordans, and Barry Sanders rookies. Unfortunately cards were printed like crazy back when. I have these Gold brail type football cards really thick cards
