    Two of my favorites. I listen to Brian when I need a kick in the butt and Coach for his level headed and intelligence. I also like his approach. They are the best of both worlds.

    I love when he talks about community. In my opinion community is really important.

    Great interview. Purpose, Time, and Relationships are the ultimate goal. Money is just a tool.

    Hey Chad, the passion you guys have speaks volumes. I saw myself and the life I want to live through this interview. For my passionate income goal, all I really want to do is be a schoolteacher and write children’s books. Since I now know this and understand the “survive” stage, the process is finally clear and digestible. Thank you!

      Beautiful!! Thanks for sharing this, Jacob. Sometimes all you need is that clarity so that the next steps become more obvious. Good luck and let me know how things go!

    I try to tell this to everyone I love the concept of creating a vision of your dream life and then putting dollars behind it to understand what it costs. Once you price tag it out you can work the math back to get there which is what I have done. Not there yet but because I know my rough savings rate and rental cashflow I can calculate how much I need to do a month to hit my goals. From there I can track my monthly progress to know if our projections are attainable. This also creates a small monthly game to keep me on track vs. trying to focus on a goal that is years away. Even for someone as disciplined as me it’s hard to focus on something that is going to happen years from now without breaking it into smaller more manageable chunks. For this reason, I also like the idea of breaking the passive income into three buckets, survive, provide, thrive. Similar to what I said above it makes this large goal much more attainable. Thanks again for sharing this content.

    My start was similar but different. I worked for a contractor and his apprentice for 3 years, learning a great deal of knowledge. After that job I started my own handyman biz at 21 years young. I've had other jobs since then, that have added to my knowledge and value, but have always been self employed since then. It's been 21 years now.
    Unfortunately, I was happy, but allowed myself to get stuck in a comfort zone. The last 4 years I've been playing catch up.
    Thanks coach

    How long would it take - if you had $200k/year to invest, how would you do it, I am thinking of going straight to commercial/NNN properties or other, vs single family homes, thoughts?

    • @CoachChadCarson
      @CoachChadCarson  10 месяцев назад +1

      I'm a fan of single family homes, especially if you're new. But even later in life (check out my past interviews with John Schaub, who still focuses on Single Family 50 years later instead of commercial). You can use your cash to invest in homes, focus on growth for the next few years, and then transition to a "cash flow/freedom" strategy from there. I talk about that transition with several chapters in my book The Small and Mighty Real Estate Investor: biggerpockets.com/smallandmighty
      Best of luck!

    Hi Chad, I am wondering if you have a "troubleshooting" service?
    I've spent over 10k on courses, I spend over 1k a month on dialers, VA, software etc, and I just can't seem to get enough leads. I'm getting about 1 lead a week and closing about 1 deal a year. It's a net negative 😢

    • @jevonmartin2250

      im not a coach, nothing to sell, Just curios what courses you bought

    • @AberrantArt
      @AberrantArt 10 месяцев назад

      @jevonmartin2250 nothing I couldn't learn for free. It initially bought me a false sense of guidance, but I quickly realized that the gurus don't have time for my questions. And if you give any pushback, it's instead phrased as "you didn't buy a coaching program, you bought access to a community!"

    Not have too much from this video. More empty talks. Really not the style of coach C. Coach C has been excellent on asking the relevant questions because you know the devil is in details. You can have goal correct, strategy correct, everything correct up to 99% , but just 1% wrong, it will fail you everything. That is why I love your video because you will stop the interviewee and ask the hard questions about “how”. There is not much “how” in this interview.

      That type of scarcity / poverty mentality combined with your apparent bitterness at the success of others is what will keep you poor.
