I work in ice cream and it isn’t NEARLY as easy to scoop ice cream as it’s made out to be in the video. The ice creams are much harder/creamier. The soft/easy scoop ones are gelato or sorbet. Scooping is usually a workout depending on the flavor.
@@hailz2875 yea we have little things with hot water in them behind the counter but it just helps the ice cream not stick to the scoop. It’s still difficult to scoop 😩
