U really don't have to spend $300 to get me to watch. I watch pretty much every video you put out regardless of the content because you always manage to hold my attention. I really value your product reviews, I can't shop in person and you do a better job than anyone else at helping me fully understand the product before I spend what precious little money I have on it. I really appreciate that. I also love the vids where you just go thru your whole collection of eyeshadow or blush... all of those colors are so enjoyable to me, idk how to explain it and they're really chill too so they're perfect for when I have a killer migraine and need a distraction from the utter misery. And all of the other vids are great too. So yeah, idk about everyone else but I'll be here for the next one, shark or no. 😉
The Chanel Soleil Bronzer was reformulated a few years back. All of the original reviews you would have seen were probably the original formula. I have the original and I love it. I've also tried the new formula and its definitely not the same!
Hi from Ireland Kay, what would you recommend instead of the Chanel bronzer? I'd much rather get recommendations from the "average " beauty loving consumer.
@E K hi! Depending on what you're after I have a few recommendations. If its the colour you want to replicate, I'd go for one of the Kiko "seasonal" bronzers. They come in a big square compact, they'll last the rest of your life and they're just all round great powder bronzers that are the same colour as the Chanel. If you're after a cream, I'd personally recommend the ABH which gives that skin-like effect, but there is more trial and error with finding your shade. Its also early days as its quite new, but the revolution cream bronzer that is not long released is proving up to be really good. I don't need my makeup to last me hours and hours, just long enough for work, and none of the above fade and I'm combo oily. If I'm going out and need it to last a bit longer, they all play nicely with other products! Hope this helps!
I would definitely watch a Shark review! The price is so much more accessible to the average person than the Airwrap, and I really wanna see more people talk about it!
I always like your videos as soon as they start bc even if I don't love a specific topic you're covering, I love your work overall and I want the advertisers to know they should keep paying you lol.
Hi, Amanda…I’ve been considering that Saie bronzer for months now, but I’m so pale and cool toned, and 63…I just didn’t quite get on board with the shade, even the lightest one…anyway, just got home from Sephora, and I’ve found a perfect bream bronze…it’s the NARS one in laguna 01…anyway, thank you for all your lovely videos!
The 3rd week into my tower 28 mascara . I use daily . It’s now very dry and clumpy. It reminds me of the idole by Lancôme . Great for 2-3 weeks then crap. I’ll most likely declutter and stick to what lasts and works. Benefit and Maybelleine😊
I learn a lot from you, and I am a fan of a natural makeup look. I am interested on your holy grail makeup. Please make a video on what items you would buy if you could only afford one of each. (one foundation, one eyeshadow, one lipstick, one mascara, one powder).
For me, I do love these ones: Kosas Foundation- Beautiful Chanel Cream Bronzer- (It was gifted by my husband and I didn’t wanted to use it cause it was so expensive) now I can’t stop using it, it does blend beautifully on my skin and the color is perfect on my natural tan skin color. I do get the hype. L’Oreal Infallible Bronzer- it’s a great quality product, the colors are very pretty and applies super smoothly. Rare Beauty Blush-I enjoy it, but I need to use a very light hand, super pigmented. But love how satiny it looks on my skin.
The Charlotte Tilbury magic cream has fragrance. I don’t like her skincare for that main reason. Most luxury brands put fragrance in their products. The Chanel signature fragrance gives me a headache. I struggle with migraines, so I can’t afford to buy products with heavy fragrance.
I love the initial look of the Kosas. But 3-4 hours later. Sometimes sooner - it starts really breaking up and looking super cakey on me. Not cute. So I couldn't do it. I kept trying different ways. I ended up returning it.
I love your videos explaining the ingredients and longevity of shadows and creams. Like the tip for glow the base colour light with fine glitter . I am sure you have studied the chemistry of eye shadows of which l am unfamiliar .
Holy moly I have never seen the CT Contour Wand sheer out like that! I use one of the Elf putty primer brushes to blend it and it stays right where I put it. I use even less than you did, and I'm always worried it will be too much! LOL. Have you tried it with a brush?
A lot of Charlotte Tilbury makeup irritates my skin and eyes, particularly the eye pencils. She puts something I'm allergic to in her eye pencils and that one product that gives you a beach glow.
Perfect eyes! ps I think your new “emerald green “ shadow from C.T. Is really pretty with your coloring and immediate thought, how gorgeous for the holidays. 💕
They just mean that right when you first start using it, because it increases skin turnover, you can see an increase in spots for the first few weeks due to any developing spots that would usually have appeared more slowly. It takes a few weeks for all your skin to turn over to where you don’t have many clogged pores or bacteria filled spots any more. But yeah it can make it seem like you’re “breaking out” because they appear faster than usual
I swear every time I put on fresh foundation my face gets an itch and it’s pat pat for sure it’s soo annoying 😂 lol I feel for you girl. The base looks beautiful
I would love to see your opinion on the Shark as a woman with long hair. It would be great to save some money. Wish they would come out with a version with the long barrels.
How would you compare the CT Smokey to Dior Beige Mitzah. I have the Dior and love it. Is it very similar or do I “need” the CT. 😉 It looks stunning on you!
Why oh why do they put limonene and geraniol into skin care?! It is so sensitizing for many skin types. I'd much rather have a serum with a natural funky scent. Almost all fragrance and natural essential oils burn my skin. It's just not worth it.
Generally, I've seen reviewers give a higher rating to the Westman Atelier. With the caveat that it's definitely one of those foundations meant to sink into the skin and not so much for oily or hardcore all day longwear

I basically wrote Allure off when Maybelline Great Lash kept winning best mascara. Like WHATTT?!
I would definitely watch a Shark review! The price is so much more accessible to the average person than the Airwrap, and I really wanna see more people talk about it!

I would love you to review the Shark air wrap because if it’s as good as the Dyson I’d much rather save my money! X
I never trust the Allure list because I'm pretty sure the company just pays Allure to mention them, but this was still a super fun video

You're my favorite makeup RUclipsr! Thanks for your tips and videos

The fragrance is the reason why I hate the magic cream. It’s really lavendery and breaks me out
I can’t stand lavender
Yasssss, call out the Soleil Tan De Chanel.... It's just hype. It has a cool blurring property... IF IT BLENDED! xo
I love the initial look of the Kosas. But 3-4 hours later. Sometimes sooner - it starts really breaking up and looking super cakey on me. Not cute. So I couldn't do it. I kept trying different ways. I ended up returning it.

I never know what people mean “skin purging” from trention. I’ve been using it for about 6 years and have no idea what that’s supposed to mean.
Yes, same. Mom and I have been using it and never experienced anything like that.
Thank you Amanda, like the video. The C.T eyeshadow wow.
i would love a review on the shark dupe!
I swear every time I put on fresh foundation my face gets an itch and it’s pat pat for sure it’s soo annoying 😂 lol I feel for you girl. The base looks beautiful
I’m hopeful that Sephora will sell another Rare Beauty blush bundle for the holidays. 🤞
I believe they are selling one right now, a full size and two minis!
i promise to watch🙏💫🧡
The Chanel bronzer was ré formulated around three or so years ago. In my humble opinion it absolutely lost its magic… nothing like it’s former glory.💜
Soooo Amanda, Dior beige mitzvah or Charlotte Tilbury smokey quartz ? They look similar but maybe aren't in real life ?
We always love you sharing your knowledge !
Excellent video.Lots of new ideas. Thank You!
I would love to see your opinion on the Shark as a woman with long hair. It would be great to save some money. Wish they would come out with a version with the long barrels.
I will watch for sure the dupe for air wrap video ❤
I’d love love love to hear your thoughts on the Shark dupe for Dyson!!!❤
yess shark dupe video please!!
Please try the Shark Flexstyle
Yes to the Shark versus Dyson showdown!
You should do a makeup tutorial of movies with "romantic" and natural makeup like Tuck Everlasting. You'd nail it!
Omg yesss
@@lm-ur7cd her style is already very romantic, the auburn hair and fair skin 🤌
Love your content! Try the shark!
please I'm begging do the shark review, I pinky promise I'll watch
How would you compare the CT Smokey to Dior Beige Mitzah. I have the Dior and love it. Is it very similar or do I “need” the CT. 😉 It looks stunning on you!
Brands that advertise in Their mag!
Citronella? 😱
At least it will keep the mosquitoes away from your face!!! 😂
Why oh why do they put limonene and geraniol into skin care?! It is so sensitizing for many skin types. I'd much rather have a serum with a natural funky scent. Almost all fragrance and natural essential oils burn my skin. It's just not worth it.
How does the westman atelier foundation stick compare to the merit one? Thanks!
Generally, I've seen reviewers give a higher rating to the Westman Atelier. With the caveat that it's definitely one of those foundations meant to sink into the skin and not so much for oily or hardcore all day longwear
The merit lipsticks you hype- is one of them a close match to black honey?
The closest is l’avenue! But still more purply than black honey in my opinion
❤❤❤❤❤
Hey love! I’m one of the first! ❤ love your videos 😍
