I like both scene and the imply of OST.
Yeah it fits to well with this scene, i love both of their resolve.
Fujimaru did it, he essentially broke past the Moon Cancer with his sheer resolve and a little push from Da Vinci…nice to see her again even if she’s not the same version.
@@kieranwrightstone2199 we really had a Shinji Ikari moment there, by facing off against everything at all odds and still making it out fine.
so from what im seeing so far, fujimaru himself becomes an alter ego, an avenger and a moon cancer during each respective ordeal call (even if only temporary).
So, Will he become a Ruler too, and maybe even a Foreigner, i look foward too it

Maybe this is why Dantes tasked Abby to be Ritsuka's guardian in his mind: to prepare him for becoming the avatar of something greater and more dangerous tham anything the other Foreigners are.
Either that, or him becoming a servant from space, a.k.a. a servant from Servantverse.

This is late to the party, but at this point it's impossible to think of Fujimaru as a self insert. Were I in his shoes, I simply can't see myself having this kind of conviction. Dude is a bonafide hero.
Idk how people can call Ritsuka a self insert at this point he’s literally his own character lol
He's not a self insert but unfortunately it took them years to give him a personality, and even then he doesn't have a very remarkable personality either (Plus his personality is inconsistent) so it's normal that most players can't connect with him.
@@kamamara2567 I think it's a mixture of how FGO started and how Part 1 was like, mixed with the story being in first person view and us seeing part of the story from Ritsuka's perspective.
Of course he is his own character, but the way the story is told makes people feel like he's a self incert. Or so, that's what I think
I still believe that he is a self insert. Because even they can develop character with time. Eventually you more or less feel what the protag feels

Assuming the whole inner city in OC2 was related to his actual psyche, I'd guess that after all he went through for the two years he was working at Chaldea, he grew to see Da Vinci close to a mother figure. Which she kinda was, all things considered.
Same! Like Archetype Earth: Arceuid representing the old Prime Species giving Ritsuka a hand would be a good idea but Caster Da Vinci: ultimate idea. She represents the ideas and genius conceptions of Humanity: hence is why she is the best summon of all to aid the Master of Humanity to make the decision for them. She appeared, knowing another version of herself was there and helped him, but had no memory of it but decided that: if that version of herself helped him, then there is no debate: she will help no matter what

I would have assumed that it was both Guda subconsciously calling for her and perhaps maybe not-Romani had been observing from afar and made it possible as well because of that second sentence. Idunno how they manage to make davinci scenes this sad when she is technically still with us on the storm border. Makes me want to roll one copy of her at least
Because even if you own your own Da Vinci copy, that is NOT Da Vinci, just a copy of her, but not the once pre-summoned. And Da Vinci Lily is a different entity entirely... so even if we have Da Vinci, it's not THAT Da Vinci.
My heart, i never thought we gonna see her again, and she was there for Fujimaru, even without knowing him she acknowledge him, he stand firm for the humanity he know, the one that not doubt on pass the torch, and broke the delusion that cover the moon, so could see how the cosmos really look like, and the Archetype parting in its voyage🌌
Man this is quite bittersweet, but with that in mind. We will continue forward!

In oc1 the mc was probably an alter ego, in oc2 he almost become the greatest avenger, and here he was a mooncancer candidate. I still not fully grasp the concept of mooncancer or the class but i find intriguing the importance of the idea of how humanity should end, overspecialize in something or hold a grudge are things certain people do but i think almost everyone wondered at least once in their lives how humanity gonna end🤔

I'm of the personal theory that we're getting an adult Ruler Da Vinci during the Ruler Ordeal Call, whether as a continuation of Lily Da Vinci or an entirely new incarnation.

The oc is located in europa so make me think that whatever trial await us there is gonna be related to her, but then again oc1 was in egypt and was more indian than anything else⚖️🤔

More specifically, its located in/near Florence, Italy... The IRL birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci.
OK, this had me on the verge of teas. Wodime, the flash to Roman-Solomon embodying the same and then ... DaVinci.
This is so peak ! All of those Ordeal Call really made of Ritsuka by far my favorite fate character
I still wonder how people can think of Fujimaru as a self-insert with scenes like this, OC2, OC1, LB6, Olympus during Aphrodite mental attack, against Goetia etc etc
Here's my understanding for the scene, the moon cancer here is representing the old human and the star at the end is the newborn archetype.
The tldr of oc3 was,
The old human wanting to keep being the prime species and refusing to release the archetype. But if they do that the timeline will get pruned.
Ritsuka's position here is fighting for the sake of the archetype.
With the victory of Ritsuka. He release the Archetype thus marking the end of old humanity.
This act is also what stop this world from being pruned.
Because by releasing the archetype, although human will stop being the prime species the archetype will open the possibility for new intelligence life form to replace human.
And the end of the day, as the victor of the prime species succession battle,
Ritsuka choose "archetype inception" as the answer for why the old humanity end.
As for why ritsuka choose to release the archetype? it's possibly because Ritsuka meet Archetype earth and come understand the nature of archetype.
In the grand scheme of things, the title "Archetype inception" is referring to this little Archetype.
The still shapeless and nameless little one.
Though, I wouldn't be surprised if this archetype gonna come back later as a super important character.

@m.h-ar124la7 the archetype might even be partially responsible for the creation of ether liners and even the decendents of the fae/fairys aka a rays in notes
As for now, there is no clue for who or why the new archetype exists.
In fact, if the data being blunt, i would even say the creation of new archetype is an independent story separate from the moon dubai and ai plot.
Since they established moon dubai world are similar to main fgo world except for the AI development part.
My guess was, the new archetype is this world version of Archetype Chaldea.
And ritsuka's relationship with the newborn archetype here is to establish one of his title.
Ritsuka has 2 title, the last master of humanity and the master of chaldea.
Assuming archetype chaldea is super strong entity.
The act of Ritsuka releasing this archetype could be the reason why Chaldea choose ritsuka.
I'm referring back to the Christmas 2023 event where chaldea announcement system from the beginning of the game would be renamed as Chaldeas.
Which maybe foreshadowing for Ritsuka is being chosen by Chaldeas.
And for why Ritsuka is chosen? It's because Ritsuka set free Archetype Chaldea during OC3 moon dubai shenanigans.
@anotheronebitesthedust-fs6wr you do know the A-rays in Notes are Human descendants right? Hell, the Ether Liners are a type of A-ray as well. The only reason they are at war with the rest is because they look nearly identical to humans.
God danm it the localization should not have used A-ray to refer to Great Fae as it's confused you lot who think that planet terminals can survive the death of their world.
The moment Da Vinci appeared, Caster Da Vinci, I cried out. I knew Da Vinci would return, I just knew it.
This might not be caster da vinci given how fujimaru didn't recognise her and the ??? Thing aswell is one hint at this maybe its somebody using caster da vincis body another big hint that it might not be caster da vinci is that the castoria theme was playing throughout the reveal
also if it is indeed truly da vinci then wouldn't that prove that if ritsuka was in a actual holy grail war he would most likely summon da vinci
Same, I couldn't stop tearing up when I saw her or how Ritsuka unconsciously ended up calling out to her, even if she doesn't know who he is.
Good thing I played this in the dead of night yesterday because it really was that emotional.

Castoria theme playing is just a classical use of an uplifting song playing, its either they make a new song or reuse a pre existing one
@@aokyoutsuki7744except when castoria theme plays it's often with her or with any lostbelt 6 related moments and again the question mark thing literally spells out the fact that they didn't recognise each other dint get me wrong I want it to be da vinci caster so bad but something feels off about this scene despite how emotional it is
@@aokyoutsuki7744but fujimaru knows da vinci isn't dead da vinci rider is quite similar to asec/morgan in the sense that she inherited her memories and personality the big difference between the two is that da vinci rider inherited caster da vincis soul and no it doesn't rob the emotional pull this scene has also you do realise that people have been expecting da vinci was suss from the beginning of the lostbelts right

Technically, this feels more like a healing than trauma. After all, it had Da Vinci, even if she doesn't remember us, coming to Ritsuka's aid with him unconsciously calling out to her and telling him to keep going.
That kinda feels more like parting with someone you haven't seen and will never see again in good terms.
