I am currently OFW here in Saudi Arabia and have a lot bought in Puerto Princesa almost 2 decades ago.. Planning also to build an apartment units.. I do house renovation in America. I would like to suggest if you don't mind, I think a bigger chandelier on top of your staircase would be beautiful. Also, if you could add nice cabinet handles on your kitchen cabinet doors. If you could change your cabinet handles in the master bathroom into black ones to match your black faucet and shower head.
i would recommend supervising each and every step of construction here from footers and foundation up. they usually dont do the rings or stirrups on the rebar in columns correct for an earthquake zone. you need the stirrups closer together and even closer at junctions of walls floors slabs beam&columns etc. and the ends of the stirrups need to end resting in the center of the columns and be anchored in the center of the column concrete, they usually just make a square or rectangle 'ring' or stirrup with the stirrup ends resting on the outside of the column rebar and barely overlapping at the ends. all rebar needs to be primed with red iron oxide before use as well. its nice to have straight 'ties' of rebar in between column stirrups as well. the rebar is very important to prevent broken concrete from exiting the columns where the stirrups have OPENED during an earthquake causing collapse instead of just damage.

I think they plan to put a dirty kitchen (which will be an open-roofed space) just across the kitchen door since malaki pa naman available space outside. Sa ganitong setting kasi, same dito samin sa province, maganda parin gamitin firewood for cooking. Seldom lang gagamit ng gas. It helps to have a couple of options when cooking.

Hello po! It took roughly 10 months due to the pandemic. We started the build on May 4, 2020, and we moved in on Feb 21, 2021. It was completely finished (except for the pocket garden, lanai) by around early March 2021. It was the height of the curfews, lockdowns, and all during the pandemic, so there were times when we had to close the site. There were times when our staff got stuck in their hometowns after spending the weekend there. There were issues of materials shortage, too, as shipping and logistics were affected as well. We started with 4 team members and an average of 8 workers. During the finishing stage, we hired 4 more people (2painters and their 2 helpers). Praise God we were able to finish it still. Bale tinanong ko rin siya about it and he said it is best to hire professionals in your area for your benefit. Best kasi na mabisita ang site conditions ng architect or engineer before mag-start ng design process. Also, kapag may mga revisions na irequire ang Office of the Building Official sa drawings and all, mas madali niyo marereach ang mga nagdrawing and gumawa ng plano niyo. Mas beneficial for you. Now I understand na may ibang professionals from other places who do drawings etc, siguro may diskarte na sila doon. Pero kami, we still push for the optimum benefits for the client. 😊

Hello po! It took roughly 10 months due to the pandemic. We started the build on May 4, 2020, and we moved in on Feb 21, 2021. It was completely finished (except for the pocket garden, lanai) by around early March 2021. It was the height of the curfews, lockdowns, and all during the pandemic, so there were times when we had to close the site. There were times when our staff got stuck in their hometowns after spending the weekend there. There were issues of materials shortage, too, as shipping and logistics were affected as well. We started with 4 team members and an average of 8 workers. During the finishing stage, we hired 4 more people (2painters and their 2 helpers). Praise God we were able to finish it still. @pinoypooltv Hello po! 😊 Travelling Saints' Room po ay reserved for our Pastors from our Home Church and Mother Church, Missionaries we support and Churchmates from Dubai who have no place to stay when visiting Palawan. So basically, we'll host them po while they're here. So far, marami-rami na rin po kaming na-host since 2021, by God's grace.

Hi Rosanna! So sorry for the late reply ha. Nakakataba ng puso na kinoconsider niyo si Abet 🥰. Bale tinanong ko rin siya about it and he said it is best to hire professionals in your area for your benefit. Best kasi na mabisita ang site conditions ng architect or engineer before mag-start ng design process. Also, kapag may mga revisions na irequire ang Office of the Building Official sa drawings and all, mas madali niyo marereach ang mga nagdrawing and gumawa ng plano niyo. Mas beneficial for you. Now I understand na may ibang professionals from other places who do drawings etc, siguro may diskarte na sila doon. Pero kami, we still push for the optimum benefits for the client. 😊

Oh thanks, Russell! 😊 oh no it's not a TV! 😅 It's glass that you can push to the side and back. It's a cover supposedly for the TV inside. But we don't have TV at home. We don't watch TV so we don't need one. 😅
Lots of people have mistaken it for a TV set as well. We always have to tell them it's not. 😊
