Just turned 33 and have been feeling down when I look in the mirror. Salt, sleep deprivation, hormonal shifts, etc are all way more noticeable now, but these massages really do refresh my skin and help reduce puffiness. I’ve been doing them every night for past two weeks and am feeling more like myself. And they remind me to be kind to myself and grateful for where I am no matter what, so thank you for that.

Hi darling! I've started to do lymphatic masses with you using squalene oil. I was washing the oil afterwards. After 4-5 days on my neck appeared on both sides HUGE outbreak, like an army of pimples. Do you know why? Should I change oil?

Hey! I’m just starting with this and I’m wondering what do you do after the massage, do you leave the oil? at daytime do you also leave it and continue with your skincare/do the skincare first or you wash it off? Thank you!
It totally depends on you. I leave mine on as I like the oils I use. I you find it too greasy you can wash it off and continue with your normal routine :)
