Your basing ur temp off of the water coming out of the tell tale?😂 dude just grab a thermo gun or run the outboard and put ur hand on the cylinder head, should be able to hold for a few seconds without scorching ur hand

That is a cool setup, but with a trolling motor in another battery and gear you would need at least a 15

That motor needs a prop with 1 more inch of pitch to it.
maybe you could use a steeper pitched prop. rpms sound high
