start with your eye makeup first to be able to wipe away the fallout :) and when putting on mascara..just tilt your head a little bit to the back and look down into a mirror when coating your upper lashes so when you look down the wand won't smudge on the lid so easily :)

Listen to your parents, or start off with mascara and a neutral eyeshadow
