Killay no turn in road sign

Had to jam my brakes on when the car in front of the car in front of me decided to do a turn right into a supermarket carpark, so the sudden stopping caught me of my guard, look at the sign just after I jam my brakes on. CLEARLY A NO TURN IN THE ROAD SIGN, and the stupid thing about it is if I'd hit the car in front I'm the one that gets done. grr grr.
