Two questions from the start of the video. If the pin you took off the shaft to allow the nut to come off is called a "cotter pin", what do you call the bolt that used to hold the pedals on the crank of a bicycle in the old days? The stright sided bolt with no head and a taper on one side to wedge against a flat on the crank axle. Secondly, if thats a cotter, what is a split pin?
AH, JUST GOOGLED IT. ENGLISH AND AMERICAN USAGE DIFFER. CHEERS

I usually use heat even with a prop puller, it just works better.

Would have been nice if had been lighted from the camera side but we got the idea in silhouette. Second prop was better

why not heat prop when using puller? and how to install new one? where's the 2nd nut?

The prop puller is much stronger then the static friction of a cold prop, so no need for heat. The new prop you just slide onto the shaft with the brass key and tighten the two nuts down tight, and dont forget the cotter pin!
