Please how long gipsum plaster last before collapse? Gipsum plaster can be mix with cement? Or what products can be use to gipsum to have resistance smooth plastry?

You say that cement can experience early shrinkage while gypsum not, which is true. However, you give the reason as cement having lower flexural and tensile strength than gypsum - this is misleading because cement is a much stronger material than gypsum. Watching this video, one might believe otherwise.
Thank you for your opinion. For me, gypsum plaster cannot be used as an external plaster but, we must find alternatives. In my country we use cement blocks and cement plaster and this is the main problem that causes increase in temperature inside the house so, I found that Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks are good solution but, I should find good plastering material that resist the heat.

THE Last GS that cost is the contractors rate, instead buy the materials yourself and find a migrant labourer, he will do it for rs10-13 per sq feet. I have done this.I am from kochi.
