* Ingredients
100g button mushrooms
40g shiitake mushrooms
30g oyster mushrooms
40g onions
20g garlic
30g chives
200ml fresh cream
50ml milk
30g parmesan cheese powder
80g (for 1 person) fettuccine
10g unaslted butter
3Tbsp olive oil
2Tbsp salt
a little bit crushed black pepper
* tips
Boil the noodles for 7~8 minutes (cook about 70% of it)
Use milk or pasta water to adjust the cream consistency.
