I think almost everyone on the team is in a bad situation. Ant, Julius, Jaden. Jaden could probably be really affective in a different role on offense instead of just standing in the corner
Ant is a highly talented 2-way player no doubt. The issue for him as a leader is that he gotta start respecting his own teammates game before other teams can start respecting them. Everytime he gets doubled or tripled it leaves his teammates WIDE open but he doesnt make the pass. Watch the tapes if you dont believe me. Dont use the excuse that he has poor playing teammates they are the same guys that went with him into the post season last year minus a few. By passing the ball and trusting his teammates to make a high percentage shot (make or miss) rather than a highly poor contested shot will only make the defenders repect the pass and opens the game for you also. Its like you asking your opponents to pick their poison. At the end of the day you rather live with a missed open shot (high percentage) than a missed contested shot (low percentage) . Getting your teammates going so the other team has no other way but to respect the pass which opens the game up for you. Plus he needs to learn to keep his mouth shut during interviews because he's literally telling on himself and his weaknesses. No one needs to know what your struggling with because they can exploit that.
Say what you want about Jimmy but he lead the heat to 2 finals appearances and before he got hurt in Minnesota had them as a top 3 seed in the west because of him. His antics can wear thin but he is 100% one of those guys especially in the playoffs

I think it’s “addition by subtraction” situation now. I think getting rid of Randle will do a world of change for this team. Tough to get this team to click when Randle seems unable to NOT play like the #1 option. It’s clear Julius isn’t capable of realizing this is Ant’s team and everything should revolve around Edwards. Trade Randle for more scoring that draws bodies out of the paint and start Naz.

DiVincenzo also gets to be a focal point, which could uncover his potential. In the event that you want more height on defense, you could also sub Naz Reid in for DiVencenzo and still have 4 shooters. The second unit would be elite, with Julius Randle as the star, shooters around him, and no Gobert, allowing him to bully the paint and have outlet passes to some combination of Conley, Reid, Dillingham and DiVincenzo to shoot or reset.

Good luck to Tim Connelly. I liked all the move's he's made, and never figured the T-wolves to be a dumpster fire. However, that's exactly what they are. ANT needs a mature leader to follow, McDaniels needs a fire lit under his *ss, Gobert needs to go back to France, Conley needs an assistant coaching job, and Chris Finch needs an ESPN job. Maybe next decade they can get it right.

Unless a player like Jaden is traded in a singular move and less salary is taken back so we can then be a non-2nd apron team, to a team like this pistons who are the only team with actual cap space right now and would only need to send half his salary back to make the trade legally work, we aren't trading for Fox. As-is the wolves cannot combine multiple players in a trade to get Fox.
Gobert legally cannot be traded until the offseason. The only other guy besides Ant who's contract would have worked. So unless you want to trade Ant for Fox, it ain't happening

Unfortunately, Ant might be learning from LeBron and not Stephen Curry on the USA team, Ant might just take his talent somewhere else. Rudy, Jaden, and Julius are killing this team, but Ant needs to learn to make the game easier for himself by lopping to wide open Rudy.
I would love to see a starting lineup of:
1. NAW
2. Ant
3. DiVincenzo
4. McDaniels
5. Gobert
This is elite defense, 3 good ball-handlers, and 4 shooters along with a true center. DiVincenzo also gets to be a focal point, which could uncover his potential. In the event that you want more height on defense, you could also sub Naz Reid in for DiVencenzo and still have 4 shooters.
The second unit would be elite, with Julius Randle as the star, shooters around him, and no Gobert, allowing him to bully the paint and have outlet passes to some combination of Conley, Reid, Dillingham and DiVincenzo to shoot or reset.
The turnovers are killing us. Immature and sloppy ball control. Record would be much better if we could simply take care of the damn bball.
Feel Lackey and Juggs claimed Kat was the turnover problem.. Ant and Randle are worse🤷🏾♂️

Ant has never been a super star. Superstars are all nba players that win championships as #1 options. There aren't very many in the league.

I told you the addition of Randle has diminish Edward’s game. Randle has taking over led dog in this franchise, his addition has ruin the chemistry of the team, thanks to Finch. He has chosen Randle over Ant, and mark my words Ant will ask for a trade soon. Yes I said it Ant will ask to be traded.
