Excellent video! This helped me understand how the Mass is the re-presentation of Christ's Sacrifice - because He is made present on the altar with the wounds of His Sacrifice. Revelation 5:6 also tells us Christ is still "standing as though slain" in Heaven, so would it be correct to say He is also made present with the same "posture" He was in on Calvary?
He took back his body, and blood in the resurrection, as a priest takes back a piece of every thanksgiving sacrifice. You take communion, you take, eat of the one you are.
Again - great words to consider in prayer.
Blessings Fr. James!
Thank you! May the Lord bless you!
