I got you the Hp5 and pots and watchers is great heal sustain the bumbas dagger is great for level druring rotations the conduit is great for wave clear early it’s more about the match up rather then getting the most out of the god.

With sentinels, war banner, and benevolence now disabled in joust what would be your recommended starter?
If you want to build a starter I would go for Sands of time for the cooldowns, but to be fair you could skip a starter all together and just rush into your auras. Joust does not punish you for skipping starters like conquest does.
What levels should I upgrade what abilities at? If that makes sense.
Focus on maxing his chains first, after that it depends on how the game is going, if you are having trouble problem max his 2 and if you are doing super well you can be greedy and max his flames (3). Always max ultimate last.
Gem of iso can be strong on ares
Never really thought about using it but I can see why it would work!
So like some people don't use consumables?
