I had Princess Cleo has faint lip chip. I used paint brush dipped with nail polish and gently blend the lip chip to recolor it. Then I used acrylic paint pen I found in Walmart (has 48 color pieces) ..I took close match color pen to blend the lips. It turned out beautifully. I used baking soda mixed with ultra dove dishwashing detergent on coffee cup that turn out a paste. I use soft bristles tooth brush to scrub the whole doll with it with dollar tree shampoo on their hair being left on…during scrubbing. It turn out it removed a lot of difficult spots also. It turn out squeaky clean looking brand new.
