163 Sancte Paule Apostole

This is the finale of the Oratorio San Paolo Evanglizza i Maltesi, composed by Carlo Diacono for the Eucharistic Congress held in 1913, but which was never performed before the Pauline Year of 2009. The final hymn of this oratorio was a composition to the words of the antiphon of St Paul. This is from a live recording (hence the noise) of the first performance made on 8th May 2009 at St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta.
