  • Panjiri is a traditional Indian sweet dish often prepared during festivals or special occasions.
    Today I am sharing this recipe with you ,using only two ingredients.It's made with whole wheat flour, sugar . Here’s the recipe:
    Ingredients:
    **Whole wheat flour**: 3/4 cup
    **Sugar**: 1/2 cup (adjust to taste)
    Instructions:
    1. Instead of ghee,I have used leftover material of butter (makhan) while making Desi ghee out of it.
    2. **Roast Flour**: In the same pan, add the whole wheat flour. Roast it on low heat, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. This usually takes around 8-10 minutes.
    3. **Add Sugar **: . Stir it for sometime and off the flame.
    4. **Optional Additions**: If using dates or raisins, add them now. Mix thoroughly.
    5. **Cool and Store**: Allow the panjiri to cool down completely. It will firm up as it cools. Store in an airtight container.
