Horizontal palletizing line is suitable for high production farms with large floor space, large number of pallets, fast palletizing speed and high flexibility. Each set of pallet loading line can be loaded with different kinds of packing materials such as paper pallet, plastic pallet, pulp box, blister box, foam box, etc.; and different specifications can be switched;
For example, 2 times 5 eggs a pallet of 10 eggs.
2 times 6 eggs a tray of 12.
3 times 5 eggs a tray of 15.
3 times 6 eggs for a tray of 18 eggs.
5 times 6 eggs a tray of 30 eggs and other specifications of packaging trays.
Automatic packing line: Each packing lane automatically loads the graded eggs into egg trays and egg cartons, and ensures that each egg has the big head facing up and the small head facing down, which is convenient for preserving the eggs and conveying them to the designated area.
The weighing interval can be adjusted according to the demand, and the packing channel can be divided into different grades if necessary (in addition, it is equipped with extra large and extra small egg outlet).
Each packing lane can realize the fast switching of packing materials, and each packing lane can be adjusted individually in terms of spacing, height and width, and controlled by a separate button. There is no need to shut down the whole machine to avoid affecting the production.
