      I’m really happy to hear that it’s helping you 😊 Remember once you’re qualified you’ll be able to add to & adapt your own massage routines & it’ll become second nature. Enjoy your course!

    Love your accent! I wish my masseuse was as good as you! I'm trying out several places until I'm happy. Hot stones work GREAT for fibromyalgia

    Thank you! You're right to keep trying until you find the perfect fit for you. Heat does seem to be effective for that condition, as does aromatherapy - worth checking out beneficial oils if you haven't looked into that already :)

      I got hot stones on Amazon for 20 bucks. They work really well, hold heat, and my husband watches videos like this and we take turns with the hot stones. You got an epidural, likely from a birth, that baby's daddy can help!

    You do a great job... Love your videos..
    I am a Reflexologist... but I also do the whole body, but have not incorporated STONES...
    Where can I buy these stones?
    "Thank YOU" for sharing your wonderful tutorials... You do a great job... ;)

      Thanks Judi, that's so kind of you! As a reflexologist you can buy the small stones that fit in between the toes as part of your treatment in most pro beauty suppliers (Ellisons, Sally's etc. here in the UK) or through a trusted online supplier. The smaller the stone the quicker they cool but they're so worth it for that added bit of luxury :)

    When you warm up the skin manually you can feel tension, muscle tightness etc. You can then use the stones to penetrate heat deeper into the tissues (releasing tension) and the pressure that you can apply with the stones results in a deeper treatment then you would be able to achieve with hands-on alone. Why don't you try a local college or training school as they often offer reduced rate treatments?

    What exactly do stones do for a massage? Because its not like the stones can feel the tension, or whatever. I want a massage so bad! But they cost so much!

    Hey there. I am not a trained masseuse. So I should first do a training for this? I would like to do a stone facial massage on my boyfriend.

    • @homespabeauty
      @homespabeauty  5 лет назад

      Hello! If you were working on clients then you'd definitely need training, a certificate and insurance. If it's at home, with friends and family for fun, then you can buy books and DVDs that actually come with the stones for you to follow along, so in this case you'd be fine (always do a medical check to make sure you're both ok to have a massage though!) :)
