Here in the UK, it's known as montin miner tuning. Tiime to dig the the old lady out again as I haven't played her for 20 odd years since the kids were born. Sore fingers ahead. David UK.

wow cool thanks for the info - I'm still learning the various tunings and noticed that people seem to have different names for tunings online - the UK/USA "name difference" must be a reason!
