      I've enjoyed it. After several months and a few hundred miles on it, it's holding up nicely with no problems. My only complaint about it really was the assembly, but that's a one-and-done thing, so it's not a big deal.

    The assembly was very frustrating -- many of the screw threads didn't line up properly...and I tightened the crossbar to the point the panel wouldn't fit. The printed "instructions" were worthless for assembly. The packing list said an instruction video was included. It wasn't, so I found a RUclips video that went by very quickly - wish I'd seen this one first! Thanks, Brent!

    I had the same problems you did with assembly, but worse. The box in my case was in very bad shape. The unit that was shipped to me had obviously been returned and then sent to me. It took me about 2 and a half hours to get it together and I still need to drill and tap one of the control unit bolt holes. It was completely stripped. I might go with an industrial-strength cable tie! We'll see. As far as a treadmill goes, so far I really like it. Shipping and assembly were very disappointing though.

      I had ordered this treadmill on Amazon back in December 2020. It worked only 3 times and then after that blew two of my outlets out while I was walking on the treadmill. When I tried to get the 3rd party seller who distributes this treadmill I only got pushback to have them send me a part, but not send out someone to repair the treadmill or have it returned to exchange it. Instead after countless emails I settled on a $500 refund and the treadmill in the garbage. I ended up losing more than $200 after the whole experience was over. I do not recommend this product or any large product through Amazon unless it is sold and/or fulfilled by Amazon.

    • @bgberkley

      @@carlosquinones5244 that sucks! I haven't had any problems with mine, but I've seen a few reviews that show similar issues for some people. • @bgberkley

      Hi there, thanks for stopping by. I "think" it's a 15 degree incline. I checked mine yesterday and it looked to be approximately that degree, but I'm pretty sure it's not completely accurate. Hey, I see you posted this a year ago! May I ask how is the condition of your treadmill now is it still working, any issues with incline or anything in general. Also, do you think the calories burned in the treadmill are accurate, cause my phone says I burned 135, while the treadmill says I burned 400. Same treadmill you are using btw.and I realized that if u go off the treadmill, the time and calories continue to be counted, weird. I probably get off the treadmill 3-4 time for a few secs and get back on for breath. And I also did incline on 15 for 30 min on 3 speed and, then after I did a mix of 12 incline and walking, so all added up for 1 hr. You think 400 calories burned is accurate?

    • @bgberkley
      @bgberkley  3 года назад +1

      Hi Jennifer, thanks for stopping by. Mine is still working great although I've mostly been running outside lately. I had to adjust and oil the belt once (simple 5 minute process) but otherwise it's been a solid investment. I think some people have had bad luck with theirs, but I have no complaints. I've maybe put 200 ish miles on mine at this point which isn't a ton I know.
      Its certainly not a gym quality treadmill but it's been working for me.
      One caveat .... I never use the programmed workouts. I always change the speed and incline manually, so I can't comment on how good those are.
      Hope this helps and I'll be curious to know how it works for you if you get it.

    Hi Brent. I just finished setting up the same exact Ancheer model treadmill as shown in your video. My belt is riding off the track to the left and its squeaking. Its not staying centered. Of course not much in the way of instructions or troubleshooting in the box. Do you know what I need to do or what is causing this? I did not lubricate the track yet.
    EDIT: We fixed the belt from riding to the left. Now have another issue. It squeaks terribly when I walk on it, but does not squeak when my husband walks on it. Its the oddest thing. I doubt it makes a difference, but husband does weigh quite a bit more than me. We lubricated really good under the belt. Any ideas what the issue is?

    • @bgberkley
      @bgberkley  3 года назад

      Hi there, apologies for the slow reply. I had the same issue with the belt and squeaking. There are some great videos on how to lubricate the belt which seems to minimize the squeaking. Mine does make a bit more noise when I run on it than I would like; I chalk it up to being a mid-ish range treadmill as opposed to a really high end machine. Anyone else have a thought on this?

    • @bgberkley
      @bgberkley  3 года назад

      Hey Brian, that's weird. Mine inclines either using the panel or the incline buttons on the left handrail. Mine is somewhat slow to respond, or maybe a better description would be that the rate of incline is gentle. It takes a few seconds to respond and for the incline to reach the level I set. Also, the increments are slight, so if I put it on level 3, it's nearly imperceptible. The max I can go up to is 15, which is about 15 degrees, so pretty mellow from an incline perspective. Hope this helps!

    how is the incline?

      @bgberkley  8 месяцев назад

      Hi Evie. The incline works great, but I don't think it's as steep as you would expect. The max is "15", but when I'm using a treadmill at a gym, the 15 incline seems much steeper. My guess is that it's actually about 30% less steep than commercial treadmills.

    Great video. And, yes, the cross bar in front is a bitch to get in. So how does this fir it? Haven’t broken the code yet.

      I had to loosen both ends of the middle support bar. That's what was keeping it tight for me. Luckily, after the pain in the ass set up, it's been a great treadmill for nearly a year now.
