Thank you so much for showcasing my build, I must admit watching you refurbish the hallway coat stand and table manually was painful when they were a simple copy/paste of the NEW table, I wasn't sure if using this method to flip a house would work, but to see you get the hang of it for the rest of the build was great. I also noticed a few mistakes I need to correct like the missing deco items in the bedroom and that 1 stain in the bathroom, I thought I'd play tested this 100% but obviously not lol (btw you missed a few items to be bought for the back patio but I won't tell if you don't!) @@movingtarget9169 aw yay! i’m glad you saw it!! my bad for not realizing the copy paste option would be so easy i didn’t realize that id just need to put down the other furniture first and copy paste loll i really enjoyed having some pieces stay behind (during the sell process) but needing a facelift that was such a great concept! you did a great job! i really enjoyed it! i didn’t realize the back patio had stuff i thought it looked empty but the build also said it was complete so im like hmm.. sometimes builds have bugs when it says i already did something so i should have double checked 😆 overall though i really loved it! not sure if you have other builds but i will check them out if you do! linking my video is perfectly fine thank you so much! 😊
@@mathieubrassard834 i agree! i really loved that option, it’s almost like in the first HF game when some pieces of the build had to be restored in the studio 😆 so cool!
@@IvartheScientist The reason the back patio didn't show up as an outside job was because of the 'virtual walls' around it, they work like real walls that the player can't see but made the patio a separate 'room'. So unless you checked while on the patio itself the outside appears done but it stops the furniture items (couple of planters, patio chairs and a table) appearing in the buy list for the main garden. Also I couldn't find that ONE stain in the bathroom either so I deleted it in edit mode and added the missing deco items to the bedroom, thanks for that! Updated file is now live! PS If you want to try another of my builds I haven't seen on YT try the 'Abandoned Drama School', that was my first attempt at totally changing the function of every room in a single build, from cinema to school with a surprise reveal!
@IvartheScientist oh no. I don't know if the game updates but hopefully that gets patched up. I have been trying to get into the franchise but I find luxury flipper boring. I am excited about house flipper 2 though cause it just feels better.
@@amandabernard8179i LOVE the first house flipper game but HF2 is way more user friendly in my opinion, it’s way easier to build and decorate and all that. and there’s also the sandbox edit option where you can just build a wall automatically! highly recommend ☺️

@@amandabernard8179 my game tends to lag every time it auto saves! i’ve tried to turn off auto save but it keeps doing it, so that might be why 😆
