those stainless steel tubes are intercooler tubes, this cools the air prior to going into the next stage and they are certainly not for oil, the oil in the crank is purely designed as a splash lubrication type (no oil circulates). This is a Italian Coltri MCH-6 compressor .
You are so right and this undermines the credibility of the entire review. The intercooler lines are for moving the compressed air from each cylinder to the next compression stage. These are not oil lines.
There are so many airgun in Cambodia but Company still not come yet , and I hope that you would come soon. Maybe, I am a first customer to buy daystate 4500psi air compressor 220v from your factory company.
Great to see Daystate offering a good competitively priced option listed at £1799.99 on their website but it looks like a rebranded Italian made Coltri MCH 6 EM, a capable machine but not one I'd describe as appropriate for say a fill station or extended use, the recommended oil change and run times are way less than the instructions/manufacture might suggest, external temps play a factor too with this machine, it's really budget that will either drive you to this or the £1000 more expensive Bauer Junior II Electric Drive.
This Compressor is not designed for being a Fill Station Like you would have at a paint ball station due to if your filling tanks one after the other you will wear The piston and valves. If you are looking for a club or Refill station that is made to run tank after tank you would want a bauer compressor which you could then add on-demand storage so your compressor don't have to start every time
Two questions:- Can you fill the gun directly? When you bleed it every 10 minutes, do you have turn the compressor off, or do you bleed it while it is still running?
Will the Nuvair/Coltri parts and seals fit this compressor? I want to buy one and if this is basically the same compressor I know this thing will be bullet proof.
Why do you have to put spin on things, it did not fill the tank to give you 30 fills of your gun in 5.5 min. it was 3/4 full to start with, fill it from empty and time it, and please don't be so gushing about an On and Off switch, most machines have this and it is not a feature.
This is simply a rebranded coltri; the worst of the high pressure compressor brands. Its a spray painted turd, his claim of it filling quickly with a whopping 3scfm made me laugh. For the record, 3-5scfm is designed for personal use for an occasional weekend dive, or perhaps a few friends hanging out playing paintball 3-4 times a year...NOT as the primary solution for high pressure air used by a paintball company, dive shop, or otherwise. Not to mention, you definetly dont want to short-run compressors. Get a 9-12scfm unit for anything requiring regular use; Bauer is the way to go.
I was thinking of getting this to run Paintball, I have Large Tanks to hold , But your saying this is basicly too small to cope ?? >> Thanks for your input Fella >>> Bluey
Thank-you sir. I was just about to pull the trigger on buying this and from what you are describing there are many much better options. Thanks again - dg
