Toys have gotten so much cooler since I was a young lad, good thing I refuse to give up things that give me joy because of the remarks or beliefs of others who let their inner child die long ago, now if you'll excuse me I'll be playing with my bad ass mech figures, sound effects and all! 😁😎
Such an enjoyable review. ITs rare to see someone genuinely having some with their review. I’ve had the Airbourne Fear 5 on preorder for a while now. I can’t wait till it arrives. Thanks for the review
I saw these on BBTS and for the price they seem like a huge win. My son was into titan fall 2 for several years and the toys they made just didn’t hold up, especially for the price. However these seem to fill that void for any mech lover. This line will definitely have a place in my home at some point in the near future.
Thank you for the video! I visited there site. Really like the figures on there but a little expensive though. They are very detailed! Happy Veterans Day Devil Dog!
SkellywagsTV has great tear downs of JoyToy figures on his channel to learn what comes off and how. Remember, however: when pulling off joints, the hair dryer is your best friend. Great review and love your enthusiasm! Welcome to the JoyToy 1/18 black hole! :)
I love the Navy SEAL figures. The snipers back pack opens and you can store things inside it. The old Joy Toy figure joints broke easily. They seem to have fixed the issue the new figures don’t break quite as easily.
Thanks for the video. I just unboxed my figure and am having a heck of a time putting this together. The instructions are a bit lacking. Your video is definitely helping!
Both Joytoy and Boss Fights/Vitruvian Hacks are making the greatest 1:18 scale figures ever made. As someone who prefers that scale above all others (and who loves using pieces of these figures to make customs), I just can't thank them enough. 1:18 is such an under-represented scale these days, as everyone's obsessed with 6", so to have these companies doing this is just fantastic. The Vitruvian Hacks "Fantasy" line from Boss Fights is also amazing.
I've been looking at these figures for years, some of the more futuristic military figures look amazing! They're just a little outside of my budget. Your review convinced me to pick up a figure. Hard to choose one, either a heavy armored soldier like the Starhawk guys or one of the Hardcore Coldplay guys with a power exoskeleton.
I saw these on BBTS and have been back and forth on getting them. They look incredible and are a bit pricey. But was more hesitant on if they were worth the price or not. Might have to dabble into them a bit 🤙
Ps you have to heat it a little with hot breathe or a hair dryer- the. The pieces come off easier like gunpla. It says so on the instructions sheet. But don’t leave it in heat too long hours they could melt or catch fire.
Thx for showing these. I got a bunch of em, got exo skeletons and power armor guys, hot chicks and some dead space looking marines, even warhammer marines. As far, they more detailed than mcfarlane and better than gijoe, best is I can disassemble all the pieces and reassemble them into custom figures without the need of tools. I can take off even the power armors etc. cant wait to see more !
I've been eyeing these for a minute now. Especially the Hell's Fifth Company and Skeleton Forces teams. You should also look into the Acid Rain line as well.
I think you would enjoy the Bandai Model Kits if you havent tried one yet. I have the Boba Fett and Mandolorian kits. They are 1/12 scale, and are fully articulated. They look really good when complete. Especially if you add a little paint to them too. All the pieces are molded in the correct colors, but paint makes them look even better. Plus no glue needed.
This reminds me of a old super realistic 1/18 toy soldeir line i used get as a kid they had real world like tanks and armored personel carrwirs and guns
These things are great. But the instructions are not surprisingly all in Chinese. I bought the Mech from the title and here I am for help assembling. This is my seventh joy toy and by far the most complicated. Love it. But these things can be difficult to put together. Partly because they can be assembled in different ways. Especially the bone mechs. This guy looks dope though. Can’t wait to put it on display and try and explain to my son that these are not toys. Side note to Mr Cook. Great vid.
Man would I love to get into joytoy...but MAN they are pricey but they are the best 118 scale. FIGS on the market..they are coming out with the warhammer...wow wow wow...you rock...awesome vid...and awesome pickup
That FEAR V Airborne Assault is a gorgeous beast. It's really out of my price range for one figure, but I really might have to challenge myself on this one.
Good review. I'm surprised that it's taken so long for people to pick up on this line. They've been around for some years now. If you like Joy Toy, check out Kit Lau's Acid Rain line of figures, mechs and vehicles.
YOU FINALLY GOT ONE; they are awesome. You should even check out there warhammer space marine figures coming out. These figures really set the standard. Greg I would like to see more reviews of this as long as you can get them.
Hello i am starting to collect mecha dark source. Just want to know a COMPLETE list of all the dark source mecha relased 1/18 and 1/25 Where i can find a check list?
Cheaper than Bandai robots too. A 5.5 inch robot spirit figure is $200+. The limited figures like 30th anniversary Huckebein are $350 after shipping... 💀
I got this and having such an issue with putting the legs on this thing. Anyone know where there is a close up video of this process, as cannot see clearly here. Oh. And it was missing an arm slot which pissed me off.
Dude...these figures are absolutely incredible. I keep searching for an anime or something? They scream like they need one. How did they come up with this concept? Can you inquire if they plan to do any sort of animated or anime film series in regards to it?
Wow love the look of this thing! Whats the height of the mech standing tall as some sites say 20cm and some say 32cm? Really considering picking this up even though i dont do the size. Great review man
The bigger figure is around 90$ does anyone own one and if so is it worth it cause I’m really liking these. I own a few SHF DBZ figures and some other lines. But I’m really liking these so someone please reach out!
Joytoy got some really good looking mech designs! Been wanting to try out this line for quite some time now.
Toys have gotten so much cooler since I was a young lad, good thing I refuse to give up things that give me joy because of the remarks or beliefs of others who let their inner child die long ago, now if you'll excuse me I'll be playing with my bad ass mech figures, sound effects and all! 😁😎
Happy Veterans Day..thank u for all you have done for us..I dig those figures they are amazing 🔥🔥

Those Joy Toys mechs are phenomenal. If you enjoy these , you’ll love Acid Rain. Their even better.

They are really cool I got 2 joy toys💀
I was airborne, and now I want this lol. Looks so cool!

Happy Veterans Day and super cool review I’m gonna have to check these out
These look awesome! Thanks for showing them to us Greg!

Groovy kits! Reminds me of the amazing "Nitto S.F.3.D./Maschinen Krieger" models.
Awesome toys and it really satisfying to unbox. Looks good too.
We hope you receive our email asking if you're open to collaborate with us. 🙂
I'm checking out that Fear 5 stuff Thanks for info. :)
Cool figures I'm going to have to check them out. I like that big one.
You should! Make sure and look at the description and get the black friday code
가격 대비 사이즈도 크고, 많은 돈을 들인 보람을 느끼게 하는 멋진 피규어! ( This is a great figure that makes you feel worth spending a lot of money! )

when I was younger, to build a gunpla with the paint job like these would takes weeks using after work time.
best revieuw ive seen so far , i plan on buying one myself because they dont have much of action figures for titanfall and they remind me of it .
I got some joytoy this past year. Haven't gotten a mech yet. I'm anxious for their Warhammer 40k hopefully get to order this coming payday.
I saw these on BBTS and have been back and forth on getting them. They look incredible and are a bit pricey. But was more hesitant on if they were worth the price or not. Might have to dabble into them a bit 🤙

I need to get this guy to go with my FEAR II mech. I hate I missed the III
Just found your channel, awesome video!Really glad you walked through the build process with the mech. Definitely subscribed, keep up the great work!
joytoy definitely has the best cost performance

Same feet design and limbs and stuff
i wander if the Gi Joe line s are ever comeing out like this

Side note to Mr Cook. Great vid.
I wish they were made in the US.
nop, it would be super expensive
@@Bodonism Better than supporting the CCP.
Looks amazing but I started with the 1/25 scale so I'm stuck.
I've been considering these guys for a while now. They look so good. Too pricey for me though :(
My only complaint would be the plastic and some qc issues. They will be doing a warhammer 40k line soon and the products look amazing so far.
I would hiiiiiiiighly recommend you check out the 12 inch SWAT TEAM figures from Yeibobo as well.
Love 3 3 4 where does pilot go wasn't sure if it goes in the mech there's another 3 3 4 brand bbts pretty cool
Man would I love to get into joytoy...but MAN they are pricey but they are the best 118 scale. FIGS on the market..they are coming out with the warhammer...wow wow wow...you rock...awesome vid...and awesome pickup
I own a joytoy mech myself & they are awesome but as you said the introduction manual could be more helpful as certain parts are confusing to put on
Thank you for youre service
That FEAR V Airborne Assault is a gorgeous beast. It's really out of my price range for one figure, but I really might have to challenge myself on this one.
Hey, if you didnt buy it yet, it is 50% off on aliexpress. I got one for 35e. So, just a headsup in case you want it still 👍
I'm buying this in February!
Absolutely amazing mech! Could do with a few close ups
Awesome review and Products!!
Good review. I'm surprised that it's taken so long for people to pick up on this line. They've been around for some years now.

If they went 6inch I would get into them. I love them in 3 3/4 but I just don't collect 3 3/4 figures.
My bank account hates you so much Greg. These Mechs look awesome!!!
Greg that thing is sweet, Great video
What needs to change in the miniature figures is the hands cannot be changed they need to be posable.
Great review and discussion enjoyed that
About time you got into the 1/18 game brother
this amazing toy line cost a dime at my country
Hello
i am starting to collect mecha dark source. Just want to know a COMPLETE list of all the dark source mecha relased 1/18 and 1/25 Where i can find a check list?
Happy Veterans Day 👍🏻🇺🇸
I enjoyed the video! JOYTOY is cool!
I'd say these are pretty cheap compared to Hot Toys and 3A or any Ashley Wood stuff. Pretty cool toys.
Cheaper than Bandai robots too. A 5.5 inch robot spirit figure is $200+. The limited figures like 30th anniversary Huckebein are $350 after shipping... 💀
Great video, sir.
Do you have the link for assembly… mine came with no assembly instructions…
VERY curious about this line.
But just the sound it makes as you manipulate it, or "man handle" it....
It sounds like flimsy model plastic.
I can say they are very well made and not flimsy at all.
Vendo seu vídeo, senti vontade de ter um. Figura simplesmente incrível!! Parabéns pela qualidade de seu vídeo, muito bem explicado e com ótimas dicas.
😎👍awsum review!!👍
wow this is sick i wish they made the soldiers in 1/12 tho
What Is The Hight Of The Pilot 😫 cause I have one Mecha without a Pilot
I got this and having such an issue with putting the legs on this thing. Anyone know where there is a close up video of this process, as cannot see clearly here. Oh. And it was missing an arm slot which pissed me off.
Marcus Fenix and his Hobby
thank you for sharing
Awesome video... Is ANYONE WILLING to hear me discuss 1/18 scale action figures!?!
Awesome review!
If these were 1/12th scale I'd be all over them. 1/18th scale gets all the love😞
They look ok
How tall are the soldiers in inches??
Wow it's like exo squad but a lot better
Beneran pengen banget sama ini mainan...
Dude...these figures are absolutely incredible. I keep searching for an anime or something? They scream like they need one. How did they come up with this concept? Can you inquire if they plan to do any sort of animated or anime film series in regards to it?
That's what I was wondering.
What is the scale of the pilot
Can anyone tell me where these JoyToys Figures are from like the Tv show or movie.
Wow love the look of this thing! Whats the height of the mech standing tall as some sites say 20cm and some say 32cm? Really considering picking this up even though i dont do the size. Great review man
12”
i kinda want to buy this ive been building gundam so wanna try something new.. this looks thicc and cool... plus u kinda dilf urself.
Nice mecha. A bit too much "baggage" for me personally though.
You might be able to use google translate on the instructions. Download the app and hold it over the directions.
Do you do giveaways i cannot affford these kind of toous for my sons
Anyone know the cheapest site to buy them?
I like mine, but it's not worth the price. The joints are weak and the hands break.
Awesome!
its not gundam, which anime is it?
this how Gi Joes must come out like. this
These "kind of" remind me of Robotech a little bit.
I would have killed for those mechs when I was a kid
awesome
they are actualy Gi Joes Ehere can remove Hands swap heads with
The bigger figure is around 90$ does anyone own one and if so is it worth it cause I’m really liking these. I own a few SHF DBZ figures and some other lines. But I’m really liking these so someone please reach out!

Halo figure s come close
Wowwwwww! Check this Chanel, Awsome action toys. Nice figure !
DAMN 🙋
I red lots of bad rewiews on amazon, they say they aren t really good and can break easily. I think they r not toys...
