I feel like placing the table back together, setting it in clear resin, stapling along the breaks with big chunks of metal in a steampunk way and finally using a brass weld-marked gear/cog in the middle with the AH logo on it would look pretty cool

Fun fact learned from Gavin, the chisel moves so fast that the shutter speed of the camera matches up with it nearly perfectly, making it look like it's just standing still because it's in the same position every time the shutter opens.

It would of taken a quite bit of cutting to get it where he could cut through. Remember Gavin's desk had Cardboard supporting it in the middle, and was already weakened.

I think that is exactly what he is going to do.
My guess is he's going to put it back together and then fill the center and all the gouges with transparent green resin. The logo will be suspended or etched into the resin in the center. At least I hope that's what he's going to do, because I think that would look badass!

eh, his technique could have been a little better. that sliding thing Jeremy was mentioning with the sledgehammer is applicable to axes as well. and he could have used a little more leverage with his back arm to put a bit more force into it, rather than just letting gravity do all the work.
