I do like your terrain, absolutly superb and immersive...Great report!
Still a bit of work to do, we really need to add some crops or something. The people that like there need to eat!
Good job. Just remember there is a +1 to hit for long range.
One of several modifiers we missed I realise now.
Remember that long range also grant a +1 to hit in addition to armor 😁
And also mistaken taget only allowed if there is less hits than unit model count or more hits than unit model count.
Need a major re read of those shooting modifiers. I think we missed most of them.
Right. Makes sense. When do you make it though, after each team shoots, or aftet a whole unit shoots?
Modelling for Advantage from what I can see in the rules it’s after the whole unit has shot as that’s when hits are assigned
Also the first time the 6pdrs shot at the pz3’s I don’t think any of them had line of sight to the left most one and as such I don’t believe it can be assigned hits

Crusaders are good, but you need numbers to use them effectivly, imagine removing the the 3 grants and instead have 3 x 5crusaders all rushing to hit the rear/side of the enemy, less would have fleed too thanx to bigger unit.
Or perhaps focused on long range shooting and kept a single 5tank crusader squad far on the flank.
The desert rats list was a bit all over the place and needed to be more focused for that small point game, in a bigger game it’s better to have variation.
Thanks for the feedback, we are very new to flames. Literally every game we have ever played is on here. We are using more tailored forces moving forward, in other theatres.

I think that by mistaken target rule you swap hits between units so grant hq should be hit too.
Might have to look at that.., so are you saying you can only switch hits rather than pass them off?
@@ModellingforAdvantage Yes, if other team have 0 hits you swap 0 but if both have 1 it is usseles to swap.
@@marcinw2154 right, so then it really matters if you fire team by team, or unit by unit. Team by team there is still the opportunity to swap with someone who has not yet been hit.

Can I just ask what the boards you are using and where they've been bought, as I really like the idea of 9 interchangeable 12" square boards to vary the battlefield.

Also you don't roll for formation last stand, it automatically runs away
yeah - this is a VERY early video. We had barely played the system, all our games were on camera.
