You only need someone using Cinder City artifact for that, and it would be much better if you're using Xilonen with her C2 activated, since you'll have these buffs when you have Cryo character in your party: -) -36% Cryo RES at skill lv10 -) +40% Cryo DMG buff from Cinder City -) +60% Crit DMG buff from her C2

Diluc sucks. I'm reminded of that whenever I have to use him in Imaginarium Theater. I have C4 and he's well build. Even Yanfei is better than him.
