Serenity is how I would describe your adventure. I love the quiet solo adventures so much, as quiet as it may be you here more than if you were talking to a mate. Sounds of nature and the Sound of Silence, my heaven, Well done Adam.
Come home to Reddy bay, please do more local content. We miss ya mate. The local fishing comps for the kids was a legend thing to do. I can't forget to mention the "BOAT" you and your wife got for them. Those videos got me back out fishing after not fishing for like 4 years. Thanks Adam. Awesome name brother.👍🏻
❤ Another great Ep Squid are funny critters one day they are everywhere next day nothing looked like a typical Beautiful Queensland Winters Day keep em coming mate love your work ❤❤❤
Cracking Ep and lovely fish, 40 to 50cm Tuskies are my favourite shallow water fish to catch and eat, Ok we catch all our arrow squid up at Tin can in around 10m of water on a pato rig on the bottom.
Love what you guys are doing, I've now watched all episodes up to to this one in the last month or so, it my bedtime thing, couple of episodes before sleep 👍
Love the history of the islands and the reflections you share of growing up where you still live. Get some flashy squid jigs mate, they clean up. I'm not a catch n cook fan but enjoy your channel either way. more hardcore cape adventures would be cool. Hope this helps your algorithm and content decisions. Cheers
Great episode Adam! As a kid in the mid 80’s, dad and I would often stop at Bird island or Horseshoe Bay for lunch. I didn’t know about the casuarina’s being poisoned. WTF?! Like you, we felt like it was our own little deserted island paradise. Never knew it was a graveyard though 😮
I seen you flicking around that day, i went past on the ski - too many fillets to do - pike were everywhere near you. - That's my comment legend - great work as always. thank you
Great episode mate, loved the shallow water fishing. I've fished that area many times, hit and miss for me but hey I enjoy it. Watching you cook up made me drive to Morgan's and get some fresh fish seeing I didn't catch much the other day.
Thanks Adam you absolute ledgend.. As always a bloody fantastic episode.. Really am enjoying the content with history of your area in which you live.. Cheers buddy til the next one champ cheers..❤✌🤙
Great episode dude. I really enjoy the element of history you often provide. As a Brisbane boy who spent years living in the Redlands it’s nice to hear about the history attached to the waters surrounding.
Squiding made me laugh mate try trawling the squid jig to locate the squid bud then pepper the hookup spot 👍 i was lucky enough to spend a bit of time on bird as a kid too mate its changed a lot since the trees were chopped good episode bud 🎣👌
Great video mate, I like your bit at the end with supporting all content makers out there cos a lot of time and effort goes into it. Keep up the good work champ. 😊
Hope this comment helps. When skinning fish fillets, Cut a small slot in the skin about 1.5 to 2 cm down to fit your finger through the slot. As you cut between the skin and the meat, it is so much easier to hold instead of pinning it with a knife. Always enjoy your content.
Im glad I'm not the only one struggling on the squid this season. Finally found some the other day with 30cm hoods. Swapped jigs till I found the right coloured jig. Happy days.
Comment for the algorithm :) na great content mate, gotta come up Gloucester way again and hit some nanny ground off there. Look forward to the next one!
I really look forward to your vids Adam, especially when they are in areas I can reach in my 3.7 metre outback explorer. We were out at Peel last week trying to catch my first squid on a jig and I had one on for about ten seconds. I don’t even know what I did to get it but nothing else after that, to make things worse two guys went pest in front of us and got a few. Hopefully I can get out next week and have another crack, thanks for all your efforts mate.👍
Appreciate all your efforts to educate and entertain, keep up the great work. 👍

Hi Adam, thanks again for another great episode. Got a question for you. How do you hook the crabs, and do you chop them in half?
Love the channel and the content you guys put it Adam. Watched them all. Be interested if you could share how you bait up the crabs.
I really look forward to your vids Adam, especially when they are in areas I can reach in my 3.7 metre outback explorer.
