I had the PlayStation 4 original earphones from the PlayStation 4 box and k asked my friends they dont have it why ?

A few hours ago I was playing with a friend on my ps4 and used my ear buds to talk to them and then I unplugged them
I came back turned on my ps4 and tried talking but now it doesn't work
The earbuds have the letters AKG on them idk what to do
