If it uses CAN bus then theoretically yes, though it was an early version of can in that truck. if I were you I would use an AEM CD-7 or CD-5 display, they are cheaper and there is more information on how to use them out there. These are more for high end track cars that use custom wiring.
We like Bosch better because of logging and internal math capabilites, also you don't need Display creator license to make display page (but if takes a bit more time to get you going). Also DDU10 has 4x CAN and communication with other Bosch devices is via Ethernet, no need to create CAN between devices it sees all the runtime channels over Ethernet

Can this be used on a 2005 Silverado 2500hd duramax pulling truck? Truck retains most of the factory wiring.
