Nice & simple. A few of the strongman suppliers in the UK recommend gluing as well as screwing if you're loading over 250lbs/113kg for their flat pack plywood boxes

I agree. There's never really a situation where wood glue won't help.

@@bexarbuilds Apart from when I've glued up some IKEA thing and then found a bag of 'spare' parts.....:)

If you're reading this - may I ask what were the exact dimensions of the whole plywood piece (before cutting it into different pieces) and also how thick was the plywood? Thanks.

The whole plywood sheet was 48" x 96" and 3/4" thick

The only remark I have - would've been great if you had used mm instead of (or together with) inches. Thanks.

Honestly, that's fair. When I made the video I definitely didn't think I would have an international audience. I'll have to add those mm's to my projects that I include dimensions.
      30" x 24" panels (762 mm x 609.6 mm)
      18.5" x 24" (469.9 mm x 609.6 mm)
      28.5" x 18.5" panels (723.9 x 469.9 mm)
      18.5" x 22.5" panel (469.9 mm x 571.5 mm)
I'm sure that you could round up to the next whole number on those decimals.

@bexarbuilds Thank you so much for such a fast reply, I appreciate it. Yeah, nowadays, most people on RUclips are definitely from other countries, and let's be fair, the metric system is used internationally, so it's much easier for us to understand that than inches.

What were the dimensions of the whole piece of plywood, the most common size is 4x8 feet but I don’t think that covers all the pieces

The sheet was 4x8. Might’ve lost some fractions of an inch from the blade width but you should be able to make all 7 panels with one 4x8 sheet. I used OSB for the middle support because I needed some of the plywood for another project
