Loads of talent on this team. Problem is they aren’t playing as a team. for those commenting on the fielding in the outfield...it was an 8am start and the sun looked to be pretty intense in the first part on left field and gradually. ade it over to right. Thats why it seened like an adventure every time something got some air under it out there...i think. plus theyre 14 and jyst starting to play on big fields. the other team was equally flawed but seemed to have more control on the mound. im sure they weren't but they looked older too.
Some excuses are valid...mlb teams research the sun's pattern when building a stadium and choosing start times for home games in order to make the sun a factor against fhe other team... yes they shouldnt have let so many hit the ground.
They’re just kids. I was the same way growing up as a kid playing sports. I always wanted to wear the flashy products but never transferred it over to my game. My dad always told me a baller is a baller. He could wear converse & ball while the next man is wearing Jordan’s scoring 0 points a game. It’s about heart. He’s a kid he will learn & develop mentally as wells
MLB needs to use the behind the plate camera view. It's so much better being able to see the pitch movement. They could add a split screen box to show both angles, or just switch back and forth throughout the game.

Id be oit in the field doing math hoping everyone before me got out and id not face him again...but again he was wild...alot of walk and yes even the occasional hit. i hit a bloop single to opposite field once. The kid used to warm up between innings from 2nd base. As a 12 year old that was frightening
Lot of people in the comments seem to imply that they were the perfect example of professional when they were this age, to a point that I wonder if some of you even played sports at all. The kids will get humbled and more focus as they grow, always remember, baseball is FUN.
Just watching this video I can tell these kids aren't deserving of the opportunity set in front of them, they're more concerned about how they look than concentrating on playing and improving their game.
This is great. With Humbling comes greatness. It allows people so see that they cant always rely on their own skills and work. Relying on God helps a lot though.
