Jokes on them, though - once they test the computerised and nationally run test, the time limit cannot be paused, even by the highest authority in the school - so if they have to go half way through, they're losing out on test time.

Hey lexi, a little known fact, the pom-pom on the cap at 10:35 is present as when sailors wore caps in the winter in ships, the ceilings would be so low that some sailors would hit their head so these pom-poms were added so that, in the event that they are about to hit their head the pom-pom would start moving and the sailor would be able to tell, due the cap shifting about, that they might hit their head on the ceiling and that stayed in fashion and is made everywhere

The “poof” at the top of some beanies was originally made for sailors. It was out there in case someone hits their head in a ship. Tight quarters and all. As a garbage man, I can say that the stuff with one overflowing bin sitting next to a completely empty one is standard. People usually go for whichever is closest, preferably if they don’t have to lift a lid or anything. My guess is that the one on the right was the closest one, and once the lid was lifted by the amount of trash, people think “oh, I’ll just chuck it on top the other stuff”, and voila: a headache for trash collectors is created!

To be fair to the teacher, I've just finished proctoring my country's equivalent of the SAT -- the session started immediately after lunch, and the first thing we did was say "If you need to use the bathroom, do it now" and a good third of the students went to the bathroom. They'd just had a 50 minute break, and came to the class knowing they needed to go - but hadn't already been.
Jokes on them, though - once they test the computerised and nationally run test, the time limit cannot be paused, even by the highest authority in the school - so if they have to go half way through, they're losing out on test time.
