I had no idea it would lead to an all-out obsession. I have never been obsessed with any celebrity or artist like this. I'm in my 30s with a teenage-level obsession haha. When you said in the video that you want posters to hang above your bed I was like GIRL YES 😂 I always say I am *obsessed* with his duality -- the raw, wild, monster of a performer he is on stage vs. the soft-spoken, shy, easily embarrassed, gentle, and incredibly polite person he is off stage. That's part of what makes him endlessly fascinating! He is an enigma, yet he feels so approachable. He is a bad ass performer/businessman, but is incredibly kind. He is inspiring in so many unique ways. There is seriously no one else like him. I don't know how every single person who comes across him doesn't become obsessed!! Youre right, it is a song that so often gets overlooked or forgotten about from the catalogue- not totally surprising when you have Jam, Give in to me, Remember the time and Black or white, Dangerous etc etc on the same album! Just shows how packed with hits Dangerous is that this is a 'forgotten song'! But it is a helluva bop nonetheless! This song was written, composed, and produced by Michael Jackson with Teddy Riley, This has also appeared in the 1993 film called, “The Meteor Man”. Some listeners may view “Can’t Let Her Get Away” as a musical homage to MJ’s main childhood idol, James Brown. However, Jackson’s pen game steals the show here. Buried underneath the machine-gun-like percussion, squawking horns, and assorted beatboxing is a great life lesson: appreciating what you have while you have it. “If I let her get away / Then the world will have to see,” Michael croons in the second verse. “A fool who lives alone / And the fool who set you free.” This is a monster groove that Chuck Eddy of The Village Voice says “has as much disco momentum as anything Jackson’s waxed since Off the Wall.” Both MJ & Riley were referred to by a Chicago Tribune journalist as the "Kings Of New Jack Swing”. this song is amazing god i love it soo much every track that teddy riley and mj did together for the dangerous album is such a banger! i was literally bobbing my head the whole time while u guys were playing this song lol that beat is soo crazy its sooo captivating a beat shouldn't be allowed too be this damn good bro! its unreal! great reaction video i know we will be seeing the reactions too in the closet and who is it very soon! this album is sooo crazy good what michael and teddy riley along with every other person who worked on and contributed too this album dangerous in anyway created the gold standard for what a album should be how it should sound and feel what they created will stand forever and ever and the one thing about dangerous that sets it apart from all other mj solo albums is that it sounds soo modern and fresh even now in 2022 and the album was released way back in 1991 !!! just stop and think about that for a moment! u can put this album on and play it from start too finish on a nice top notch sound system and it will blow ur mind with how incredible it sounds from the beats the melodys the instruments the sound effects the synths every single thing will impress the hell out of u thats why this album is truly michael's greatest achievement in my opinion! love and peace too u both my friends see u guys in the next mj reaction video!

I really like that you make in-depth analysis of each song and not just listening to the song. It's really great. Maybe you can touch upon the lyrics of the songs a bit more as well because they really showcase Michael's real emotions and the things he was dealing with in his life.
