hi. How to prepare the documents for full scholarship students?

    • @namasqueram8946

Well, first you should talk to the Russian embassy in your country, and ask about scholarship and requirements, plus the attached information about the scholarship. You must have very high grades for a full scholarship. Obviously, you have to look on your own.

I studied at HSE in 2013-2014 and it looked nothing like this. This is highly misleading.

@@Coffee993 how did it look? I'd like to do my postgraduate degree there the next year.

@@Coffee993 and you clearly said 2013 to 2014! You should note that things changed! And probably your program department wasn’t at this facility.

@@SelormHelen you know as well as I do that almost all the buildings, which are scattered throughout the city, are very old and not modern. You also know that most of the students are living in Odinstovo which is very far and inconvenient. Finally we both know that many highly qualified professors have been forced out for political reasons

@@SelormHelen basically the heart and conscience of the university has been ripped out- just as with every major Russian institution- because of the regime’s war crimes in Ukraine… there is no amount of whitewashing or revisionism that will hide the stench of those crimes… there will be no coming back from this…. It is very sad
