Kelly is good, really good, but to the average person she won't show up in that list. Also, millions and millions? She averages about 1.3/1.4m viewers in the USA alone, which is .45% of the American population. I'm not hating on Kelly, far from, I love her for what she does but you really need to get out of that bubble and face how she is seen outside of it, underrated.

Stop coping and accept Kelly for what she does and who she is, but don't go around telling people there aren't that many diva's in the last 20 years. I agree with everything you said especially how overrated Beyonce is. It's crazy. She is just like a brand named purse that people like just because of the logo. The purse is nice, but is soooo not worth the price. That's Beyonce. She is talented, but wayyy overhyped. Also, Kanye is clearly mentally ill. It's actually kinda sad. Ever since his mom died, he's been getting crazier and crazier.

Whitney didn’t write any of her songs or play instruments. Does that take away from her incredible vocal abilities? No. So your point is moot. Beyonce’s an exceptional vocalist but her exceptional entertainment and performance ability overshadows this sometimes. Yet, she’s still an exceptional vocalist, with incredible technique that allows her (a Mezzo sop) to go toe to toe with Aretha and Mariah in a battle of vocal ranges in the F5s. Beyonce also plays the piano but isn’t something she’s known for. But her main instrument is her voice, just like Whitney Houston’s main instrument was her voice. That said, give me the list of multitudes of artistes that are vocally, objectively better than Beyonce and let’s break it down technically.
