That meatloaf looked amazing! We like to cut sweet potatoes in half, coat with olive oil , turn cut side down in casserole and sprinkle on Redmond salt. Roast at 400 til done, usually 40-50 minutes, when tender. Val C

I wish! We are having 35-40 degrees celcius in Australia, we are literally melting! Even up to 44 degrees!!
