That big boot pose was fire lol 🤣
The Battletoads franchise has always held a special place in my heart. I had been hurting for years for a new one. Seeing Rash show up in Killer Instinct 3 was HUGE for me. Ever since then, I've wanted that version of him in a game with similarly styled Zitz and Pimple.
I was a bit heartbroken that the comeback game from a few years was certainly not what longtime fans were expecting.
Haven't played the most recent game but thanks for the warning. I'll temper my expectations.
Cool toys.
Awesome Michael, that's a game back in my day, have a great weekend 😊
Thanks Paul, have a great weekend! 🐸
I remember always wanting to play the game but never getting a chance to, thought the box art was really cool, definitely would’ve been a good transition from ninja turtles into late childhood.
They look totally awesome!!!! 😎
Yeah, they really 'Rip-it.' 🐸

Hey Micheal if you want to own the arcade perfect version of the game. Just buy the rare replay physical copy of the game for Xbox consoles. The game probably goes for about $10 dollars.
Thanks, but I don't have an X-Box, other than the original one.
@@MichaelMercy you know you can buy one f financed with no interest through Xbox all access. Which should be available via target, Walmart, GameStop, and best buy. It's a great program which also includes two years of game pass and two years of Xbox live ultimate. The payment is only $32 a month and you get backwards compatibility for all Xbox consoles including OG Xbox. Plus you can play the new battletoads from Dilala studios as well. I hope my information can help you.
Thanks for the info but I'll pass.
@@MichaelMercy if you don't play a lot of games it's completely understandable.
Awesome figures for sure and your right, these guys are way more intense and brutal than the turtles. I would've loved to see these guys in one of the fighting games.
Oh my goodness, these look absolutely incredible! The Battletoads arcade game is my favorite beat ‘em up game of all time, and seeing the characters from the screen become real life figures blows my mind
I felt the same way! I'm really glad I played the arcade game before opening these, because that game's really fun with unlimited lives. I tried the SNES game a few days later and yikes! That game is impossible! I somehow got past the skidoo level and then gave up on the snake climbing level.
They lost the license no pimple for the foreseeable future. Pimples my favorite that’s why I didn’t buy them
Aww ☹️
So many memories of playing this game with friends. These look like so much fun, I may have to pick em up! Great review!
Thanks! I think long time fans will be very happy with them.
I had Battletoads on the NES when I was a kid. I honestly don't remember beating it, it was quite hard.
It was almost impossible with 1 player thanks to no unlimited continues. I remember beating it by playing with one player all the way through, then jumping in with the 2nd controller right before my first life ran out and finishing the game with that player.
Part of me still hopes Playmates somehow gets a license to do these in the scale of the classic TMNT line. I'm sure the odds are very low but where there's money to be made...
Now that's a crossover I'd love to see!
