- US court has dismissed the case against Olalekan Ponle, who is popularly known as Mr Woodberry. The FBI not too long ago revealed that Woodberry's fraudulent crime activities which include tricking a Chicago company into sending wire transfers of $15.2 million and deceptive moves on companies based in cities across the US. (Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, New York and California) The alleged cybercrime scheme alone according to the FBI is worth more than $50 million and The 29-year-old was facing charges bordering on wire fraud conspiracy just for this.
According to Premium Times, the US government, through its attorney, had filed a motion requesting that the case against Woodbery be dismissed without prejudice and a court order issued on Tuesday, July 21, confirmed that the government's motion to dismiss the complaint without prejudice was granted.

These people making these youtube videos appear to be in a rush to publish wrong information because they don't have enough credibility to verify their information before pulbishing. The US Court dropped just ONE case considered as complaint. Whenever a case is dropped WITHOUT prejudice, it means that that case alone is not over. In this case, as you correctly stated, there are still 8 FRAUD charges against Woodberry. So, nothing really changed and he is not getting out anytime soon.
I have been going out these false video publications trying to educate these authors of these videos about the fact of the case against these criminals who are ruining our reputations here in the USA and around the world.
Yes we stated that the court dropped the FBI case against him and went on to talk about what these FBI charges were which includes changing companies fund to Bitcoin. We also stated that the 8 count charge against him still stands.

Please People stop dreaming when the FBI arrest you that means they have evidence for a conviction. If they can't prosecute you, you now have a lawsuit in your hand against the US Government. If Woodbery talk he will recieved less sentence. These crooks will be in prison for a while. Nigerians keep on dreaming These crooks will be in jail for a minimum of 15 years. Based on this story, the prosecutors (USA government) must have promised the defendant (Woodberry) that if he snitches, he may spend lesser time in prison. That is how the justice works. They are trying to make a perfect example of Hushpuppi as a deterrence to others.
Also, lack of evidences or the ability to cooperate force the prosecutors to adopt extenuating circumstances.
