Honeck is a living legend. I still think Philadelphia is a better overall orchestra, but in my opinion, Honeck is the best conductor in America right now.
What an outstanding performance with a kick ass ending! Those ignorant people of the audience should have leaped from their seats and given a rousing standing ovation !!!!!
@@koolkdny Snark and sarcasm generally work better when the person using them has a full grasp of the situation...a lot can happen in 9 years, such as a person who initially posted a video under an erroneous title correcting that title based on the comments of some viewers. Lucca de Souza's post from 7 years ago, down below, would have been another clear enough hint (even if one isn't familiar with the Portuguese language). I guess I should be the one to congratulate you 😉
