If you do not have a hot air station, the following method also works although temporary: preheat your oven to 190 degrees celcius or 375 farenheit for about 15 minutes. place the motherboard in the oven in one of the upper positions on a heat resistant silicone pad on a wire rack for 8 minutes in total. (silicone cookie sheets/pads work perfectly fine, set a timer so you don't bake it too long) This works as if you were using a proper reflow oven.
My macbook air had exactly the same problem and gladly it is now fixed a couple days ago. Just wondering if this kind of problem will re-occur anytime soon?
ray nguyen I’m using the Amtech flux. I have put around the memory chips to allow then to reball them. It will fix the the issue with the MacBook not booting, and only beeps. You can check a similar video of Rossmann repair group on RUclips.

Gustavo nice repair... Also very nice blue work tray, all those mini trays for holding fasteners and parts ...

What did you do?
@@christianederobles3365 I took it to the repair shop. it was costly around 120$. He said it was the GPU something.
Hey, can you please confirm if this issue of 3 beeps occurred again for your system after the reball?
If they move too much we get shorts on the ram connections and the computer doesnt even turn on. Ask me how I know :)
What if they move too much?

Can you use a hair dryer instead of heat gun? I just got 3 beeps tonight on A1370
cyrax83 I normally prefer to use my hot air station
It really Works?
Sim funciona, mas o melhor é fazer um reball completo dos chips, retirar chips limpar a board e voltar a implantar
